The Great Gifford Getaway!

Today was just perfect! Starting by waking up late between flannel sheets, followed by plate-sized pancakes and a mocha....then off for a magical fall day. Most folks head off to some pumpkin farm and get hot apple cider. The Giffords go to the golf course. It is the end of the season. The courses are slow. It is the time that the family actually gets to experience what dad does all week.

Last year, at the Coeur d'Alene Resort, we got to actually go golfing on Employee day. This year, however, we got our first glimpse of The Club at Black Rock.
